How do I call Scotiabank from outside Canada? ›

Call us toll-free at 1(800) 4SCOTIA (if you're in the continental U.S., i.e., excluding Alaska) or call us collect at (416) 701-7200 if you're anywhere else in the world.

If you've already entered your password incorrectly 5 times, you'll be locked out of the system for several hours before you can try again. If you don't remember your password, please click on our 'Forgot Password' link. This will direct you to a secure area where you can replace the forgotten password.

Absolutely. There are three easy ways to access your Scotiabank accounts while outside of Canada: Online and mobile banking Sign in to your account online or in the app to view your account, transfer funds, pay bills and more.
