How do I schedule an appointment with Google Assistant? ›

An appointment schedule in Google Calendar allows you to create a shareable booking page that lets others book time with you. Open your internet browser and go to calendar.google.com. Click Create.

You can ask your Google Assistant to add events to your calendar and tell you about your schedule. You can add or ask about events on most Assistant-enabled devices.

One of the easiest and most effective ways to accomplish this is to set up a Google form for scheduling an appointment. Request a booking

Appointment slots didn't allow external (non-UM) users to book slots within an appointment block. Appointment schedules allow external users and those without a Google account to book appointments on your schedule. I.e., Anyone with any email address can book an appointment.

If you use Calendar with a personal account or Workspace Business Starter, you can create a single booking page and accept unlimited appointments at no charge. For Workspace Frontline, Essentials, or an older Google Workspace subscription that's no longer offered, you can't create appointment schedules.
