The Scepter of the All-Knowing is one of the Hammer Weapons in Elden Ring, dropped by Sir Gideon Ofnir. Hammers are sturdy weapons that may lack the speed of other weapons, but deal impressive striking damage against armored foes and breaking the guard of shields, benefiting greatly from Strength. It is one of the few hammer weapons that can deal Magic damage, and scales with Intelligence.

How to Get Scepter of the All-Knowing

This Scepter of the All-Knowing can be obtained by defeating Sir Gideon Ofnir, the All-Knowing. You can only face him in battle at the very end of the game, after you have defeated Maliketh, the Black Blade in Crumbling Farum Azula.

This will cause an event to change Leyndell into, Leyndel, Ashen Capital, where you will then find Gideon in the Erdtree Sanctuary room where you originally fought the Golden Shade version of Godfrey.

Scepter of the All-Knowing Description

Scepter in the form of a hand grasping a pearl. Signature weapon of Sir Gideon Ofnir, the All-Knowing. The pearl stands for the world, the heavens, and an eye, representing the many forms of knowledge, never fully attainable. Even knowing that, the All-Knowing's hand grasps for it.

Default Weapon Skill

Scepter of the All-Knowing's Default Weapon Skill is Knowledge Above All: Raise the scepter to manifest the realm of the All-Knowing. Enemy magic and holy damage negation will be reduced for all within the area, including the caster.
