Santa Water is a weapon in Vampire Survivors. It is the starting weapon of Suor Clerici. It is unlocked by default, and can be offered to the player from the start.
Santa Water can be evolved into La Borra with Attractorb.

Effects[]
Santa Water rains down bottles of holy water from the sky, which break upon impact with the ground, leaving puddles of water and blue flames that damage enemies. Until Santa Water's total projectile count reaches four, the first bottle of each cast aims at the closest enemy, otherwise the bottles are dropped in a clockwise rotating roughly circular pattern.
Santa Water has a 0.5 seconds Hitbox Delay, meaning that the same enemy cannot be hit more often than every half a second by the same puddle. However, because all active delays are reset simultaneously as soon as any one elapses, some enemies may get hit more often.
Arcanas[]
Selecting Tragic Princess (III) Arcana reduces the Cooldown when the character is moving.
Divine Bloodline (IX) allows the puddles to deal extra flat damage based on Armor.

Santa Water has 8 levels. At max level, Santa Water has +30 Base Damage, +80% Area, +3 Amount, and +1 second to Duration.[1]

Tips[]
- With enough Duration and Cooldown bonuses, Santa Water will replace itself fast enough to be persistent. With enough Amount bonuses, an obvious circular pattern begins to form in the distribution of water puddles as it hits the Pool Limit. Combining all three, you can create a circle of Santa Waters around the player that never goes away.
- A particularly effective strategy is to combine this with King Bible and Garlic. Enemies will practically never be able to reach the player.
- The lingering areas can deal lot of damage to multiple enemies, but to its high cooldown and somewhat unpredictable pattern, until it is leveled up enough with stat boost from other sources, it should not be relied on as your main early game damage dealer.
Trivia[]
- This weapon is inspired by the holy water sub-weapon from the Castlevania series with similar lingering Area-of-Effect damage, holy water benefits from Double and Triple Shot power ups in the games, it is referenced in the fact that Santa Water gain a lot more projectiles by leveling up.
- The name Santa Water is the purposely wrong translation of Holy Water in Italian, "Acqua Santa".
