Set up and use Samsung Pay
Set up on phone
- Open the Samsung Pay app, follow the on-screen prompts and tap install to begin.
- Sign in to your Samsung account.
- Take a photo of your card or enter your details manually.
- Verify your card by sms or phone.
- Start tapping with Samsung Pay and Latitude Visa or Mastercard.
How to use
- Swipe up on your Samsung smartphone.
- Choose your card.
- Authorise your payment.
- Hold your phone close to the payment terminal, pay and away you go.
Set up on watch
- Open your Samsung Gear Manager on your smartphone and tap 'setting' to select Samsung Pay.
- Sign in to your Samsung account.
- Take a photo of your card or enter your details manually.
- Verify your card by sms or phone.
- Start tapping with Samsung Pay and Latitude Visa or Mastercard.
How to use
- Hold the top button on your Samsung Gear.
- Enter your 4-digit PIN.
- Choose your card.
- Hold your Samsung Gear close to the payment terminal, pay and away you go.
Just got approved? You don't have to wait for your card to start spending.
If you have a Latitude Visa or Mastercard you can start using your card instantly via Samsung Pay. Here's how:
First, download theLatitude Appand create your Latitude ID.
Link your Latitude Visa or Mastercard using your account number (you'll find this in the email we sent to you when you were approved). You'll receive a verification SMS with a four-digit code to insert.
Next, go to your Samsung Pay wallet on your phone and insert your name and date of birth. You may receive a verification SMS at this stage.
Start using your card instantly through Samsung Pay.
It's important to be aware that you might be limited to transactions under $100 until your card arrives in the post, you activate it and set a PIN.
