Stock note mobile app stops functioning frequently and once even an order was mixed up. Also the the customer care executive was unwilling to accept when I tried registering my complaint. They have to do something serious on this.

People talk about brokerage only what about other service speed of execution platform usability research capabilities charting are they blind user or just dumb to see beyond brokerage which is twenty percent of your trading cost only , Amc here is little high as compared to the service and customer care they provide, I never trade on tips as brokers are famous to offload hni stake when they want to exit so stick to my own analysis whatever outcome may be it just add to my experience,their app is hard to navigate how other manage God knows went to their web platform too clumsy learn from zerodha dhan clean interface guys what are you doing. My experience with them is below average they lack some good features which their compitition provide I won't suggest them

Security of your data can be at great risk as the back office "samco star" website is not secured.anyone can attack data and may having malware and viruses.It is having protocol "http" and not https".
We are not expecting this from the company like samco.

Poor service ..
They are not allowing to trade options in normal for last week of expiry.. You cannot hedge your position with this broker.
From last 3 months i am facing this issue.
If you trade in options .. do not go for samco. what you trade if you cant trade the option in Normal and only in intraday..
All other brokers like zerodha , angle broking houses providing the same, but samco only works in marketing and not in proper service..
Worst experience.
And they have no solution for that.

The only thing good about this discount broker, just like other discount brokers is low brokerage, but that you'll find everywhere now days, whats bad here is everything else, right from their product experience to research capabilities are extremely bad, they claim their research is market out performer, LOL as any Samco client and you'd know how lame they are, to top their SCHOOL BOY research their product experience is extremely appalling, I mean, its just BAD, my humble suggestion guys, DON'T EVEN LOOK AT SAMCO as an option, stick to the regulars like Zerodha or 5Paisa, in fact 5paisa offerings are so much better than this jholu Samco

Extremely appalling experience, their product is really bad, they want you to believe their baskets and research calls are best in the market where as they're all one cruel joke, customer support is beyond pathetic, they waste money on useless things and not on products. I recently switched from Samco ro 5Paisa and the transition has been really good, 5Paisa doesn't boast like these jokers instead it has a seamless product and quality third party offerings that I'm happy to pay for...don't waste your time with Samco. Choose any other discount broker like Zerodha or 5Paisa.
