What level should I be for Elite Four leaf green? ›

Higher is better, but anything lower than 50 wouldn't be a safe bet, especially since you'll be facing level 60+ Pokemon in your battles. I would personally recommend anything from 55 to 60. You can train with the VS Seeker, or break out your stash of rare candies to get everyone up to level 54 or 55.

Situated in Kanto, Route 25 lies directly after Route 24. This route leads to a dead end and Bill's House is sitting at the end of the path. Players need to obtain SS Anne ticket in Bill's House in order to proceed further into the game.

You first have to go to Celedon City and go to the Game Corner, then beat the boss trainer. He'll give you an item that allows you to get to the top floor.
