Renewal Request means a written notice delivered to the Agent in accordance with Clause 6.7 (Renewal of a Letter of Credit or Bank Guarantee); and
Withdrawal Request means an instruction given via the Client's Trader’s Room on the Company website to withdraw funds from the trading account and transfer them to the Client's External Account or the Account of the Client's Authorized Person, as specified in the instruction.
Collateral Requirement means the requirement that:
Total Required Payment means, for a Payment Date, the sum of
Guarantor Request and "Guarantor Order" mean, respectively, a written request or order, as the case may be, signed in the name of the Guarantor by the Chairman of the Board, a Vice Chairman, the President or a Vice President, and by the Treasurer or an Assistant Treasurer, the Secretary or an Assistant Secretary, of the Guarantor and delivered to the Trustee.
Solvency Capital Requirement means the Solvency Capital Requirement or the group Solvency Capital Requirement (as applicable) referred to in, or any other capital requirement (other than the Minimum Capital Requirement) howsoever described in, the Relevant Rules;
Reversed Credit Event Reference Obligation With respect to any Payment Date means a Reference Obligation formerly in the Reference Pool that became a Credit Event Reference Obligation in a prior Reporting Period that is found in the related Reporting Period, through Xxxxxxx Mac’s quality control process, to have an Underwriting Defect or a data correction that invalidates the previously determined Credit Event.
PRE-2017 NET OPERATING LOSS CARRYFORWARD means any net operating loss incurred in a taxable year beginning before January 1, 2017, to the extent such loss was permitted, by a resolution or ordinance of the Municipality that was adopted by the Municipality before January 1, 2016, to be carried forward and utilized to offset income or net profit generated in such Municipality in future taxable years.(B) For the purpose of calculating municipal taxable income, any pre-2017 net operating loss carryforward may be carried forward to any taxable year, including taxable years beginning in 2017 or thereafter, for the number of taxable years provided in the resolution or ordinance or until fully utilized, whichever is earlier.
Final Shared-Loss Recovery Month means the calendar month in which the tenth anniversary of the Commencement Date occurs.
Material Modification means any modification to an Interconnection Request that has a material adverse effect on the cost or timing of Interconnection Studies related to, or any Network Upgrades or Local Upgrades needed to accommodate, any Interconnection Request with a later Queue Position.
Data Loss Event means any event that results, or may result, in unauthorised access to Personal Data held by the Contractor under this Agreement, and/or actual or potential loss and/or destruction of Personal Data in breach of this Agreement, including any Personal Data Breach.
Urgent care request means a claim relating to an admission, availability of care, continued stay or health care service for which the covered person received emergency services but has not been discharged from a facility, or any Pre-Service Claim or concurrent care claim for medical care or treatment for which application of the time periods for making a regular external review determination:
Data Subject Access Request means a request made by, or on behalf of, a Data Subject in accordance with rights granted pursuant to the Data Protection Legislation to access their Personal Data;
Credit Event Reference Obligation means, with respect to any Payment Date, any Reference Obligation with respect to which a Credit Event has occurred.
MONTHLY KILOMETREAGE STATEMENT CUM BILL means the format specified by the Company.
Release Request has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.
Consolidated Account means an account which is a consolidation of any separate accounts of a person who is liable for payment to the Municipality;
Acceptable Letter of Credit means a clean, unconditional, irrevocable letter of credit issued by a Wisconsin bank or any other financial institution acceptable to the commissioner which renews on an annual basis for a 3–year term unless written notice of non- renewal is given to the commissioner and the limited service health organization at least 60 days prior to the renewal date.
Substantial modification means modification of a relevant source that results in a significant increase in emissions, excluding any change in emissions resulting from by-product recovery. It shall be a matter for the Party to decide whether a modification is substantial or not;
Direct Debit Request means the Direct Debit Request between Us and You.
Minimum Capital Requirement means the Minimum Capital Requirement, the minimum group Solvency Capital Requirement or other minimum capital requirements (as applicable) referred to in the Relevant Rules;
Capital Requirements means, as to any person, any matter, directly or indirectly, (i) regarding capital adequacy, capital ratios, capital requirements, the calculation of such person’s capital or similar matters, or (ii) affecting the amount of capital required to be obtained or maintained by such person or any person controlling such person (including any direct or indirect holding company), or the manner in which such person or any person controlling such person (including any direct or indirect holding company), allocates capital to any of its contingent liabilities (including letters of credit), advances, acceptances, commitments, assets or liabilities.
Final Recovery Determination With respect to any defaulted Mortgage Loan or any REO Property (other than a Mortgage Loan or REO Property purchased by the Responsible Party as contemplated by this Agreement), a determination made by the Servicer that all Insurance Proceeds, Condemnation Proceeds, Liquidation Proceeds and other payments or recoveries which the Servicer, in its reasonable good faith judgment, expects to be finally recoverable in respect thereof have been so recovered. The Servicer shall maintain records, prepared by a Servicing Officer, of each Final Recovery Determination made thereby.
Redirection Notice shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 14(c).
