Returns
Any item purchased from Felina.com in its original condition (brand new) and original packaging with all merchandise tags attached may be returned within 30 days of purchase date for a prompt refund or exchange. We will pay for shipping on all approved returns, but a $7 handling fee will be deducted from your refund. Please click the button below to start your return process.
Please note, due to the intimate nature of underwear, sleepwear, and loungewear, we cannot accept worn or laundered garments. All items must be in sealed packages or unworn.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment used to purchase the item(s). Refunds can take up to 15 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.
If we inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise, or your merchandise was damaged, please contact us before making a return so that we can assist you immediately.
Exchanges
