Memorandum of Understanding
The Commission, on behalf of the EU, and the UK Treasury, on behalf of the UK, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) establishing a framework for financial services regulatory cooperation between theEU and theUK.
ThisMoU establishes a joint EU-UK financial regulatory forum, which will serve as a platform to facilitate structured dialogue on issues related to financial services.
