• • • How do I redeem the Disney Rewards Dollars I've earned toward Disney products and offerings?

      First, you’ll need a Disney Rewards Redemption Card. As soon as you earn 20 Disney Rewards Dollars, you can order one on DisneyRewards.com by logging in with MyDisney, then go to Manage My Rewards Dollars and select “NEW DISNEY REWARDS REDEMPTION CARD.” Alternatively, you can call 1-800-300-8575 to order a new Redemption Card and load your Disney Rewards Dollars to it. Second, activate your Disney Rewards Redemption Card when it arrives. Then, use it at participating Disney locations in the U.S. to redeem your Disney Rewards Dollars toward most everything Disney.¹

    • I ordered a Disney Rewards Redemption Card, when will I receive it?

      If Free Standard Shipping is selected, there is no shipping fee, and the Redemption Card will arrive 5-8 business days after requested. (No deliveries on weekends and holidays.) If Rush Shipping is selected, there is a $10.00 fee, and the Redemption Card will arrive 2-4 business days after requested. (Deliveries Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Continental U.S. only. No P.O. boxes, APO/FPO or rural deliveries.). The delivery fee, if any, will be charged to your Disney Visa Credit Card in your account.

    • Where can I use my Disney Rewards Redemption Card?

      There are many locations in the U.S. both inside and outside of Disney Parks where you can use your Disney Rewards Redemption Card loaded with Disney Rewards Dollars. Go to the Where to Redeem page in the Rewards Dollars Details section to find out where you can use your Disney Rewards Redemption Card.¹

    • Where can I see how many Disney Rewards Dollars I have?

      To check your Rewards Dollars balance, log in to DisneyRewards.com with your MyDisney account to see your Disney Rewards Dollars balance at the top of the page. Alternatively, you can check your latest credit card statement from Chase. You may also call a Customer Service Representative at 1-800-300-8575.

    • How do I reload my existing Disney Rewards Redemption Card with more Disney Rewards Dollars?

      You can reload an existing, active Redemption Card with additional Disney Rewards Dollars by logging in to DisneyRewards.com with your MyDisney Account. Once logged in, click “manage My Rewards Dollars” and select the Redemption Card to reload. You can also reload an existing, active Redemption Card via the Chase Mobile® app or by calling 1-800-300-8575. You can reload a Redemption Card with a minimum of 10 Disney Rewards Dollars. Once Disney Rewards Dollars are loaded to a Redemption Card, they can no longer be redeemed using Pay Yourself Back®.²³

    • Do Disney Rewards Dollars ever expire?

      Your Disney Rewards Dollars never expire.

    • Is there a limit to the number of Disney Rewards Redemption Cards I can have?

      You can have two valid Disney Rewards Redemption Cards per account at any given time.

    • Is there a limit to the number of Disney Rewards Dollars I can redeem?

      There is no limit to the number of Disney Rewards Dollars you can redeem. You can redeem only the amount you’ve earned in your account.

    • Can authorized users on my account redeem Disney Rewards Dollars?

      Yes. When you add an authorized user, you are allowing that person full use of the account, including the redemption of Disney Rewards Dollars. Please remember you are responsible for all charges made by that person on your account.⁴

    • If I purchase an item with my Disney® Visa® Card and then return it, will I lose the Disney Rewards Dollars I earned for that purchase?

      Yes, your Disney Rewards account will be debited when the credit posts to your credit card account for the returned item.

    • I am planning a Disney vacation in the U.S. When should I request my Disney Rewards Redemption Card?

      You should request a new Disney Rewards Redemption Card at least three weeks before your vacation.

    • If I forget to request a Disney Rewards Redemption Card before my Disney vacation in the U.S., are there any options for me?

      Yes. There are several locations at both the Disneyland® Resort and Walt Disney World® Resort where you can pick up a Disney Rewards Redemption Card. For a list of in-Park locations, go to the How to Redeem page in the Rewards Dollars Details section. Or, call 1-800-300-8575 for locations. After you receive the card, call the number located on the sticker on the front of the card to activate and load it with Disney Rewards Dollars from your Disney Rewards Dollars account.

    • Can I return Disney Rewards Dollars from my Disney Rewards Redemption Card back into my Rewards Dollars account balance?

      No. Once Disney Rewards Dollars are loaded onto a Disney Rewards Redemption Card, they cannot be returned to your Disney Rewards account. Remember, when Disney Rewards Dollars are loaded to a Redemption Card, you can no longer use them to redeem for a credit on your monthly statement using Pay Yourself Back®.²³

    • What happens if my Disney Rewards Redemption Card is lost or stolen?

      Call Chase immediately at 1-800-300-8575 to report the loss of the card. If you are at a Disney Park in the U.S., you can pick up a new card at Guest Relations and have any remaining Disney Rewards Dollars loaded to the new card. For a list of in-Park locations, go to the How to Redeem page in the Rewards Dollars Details section. If you are at home, Chase can load any remaining Disney Rewards Dollars onto a new card and mail it to you.

      Important Note: Please remember that anyone in possession of a Disney Rewards Redemption Card can use it. Any Disney Rewards Dollars redeemed before you report the card lost or stolen cannot be recovered.⁵

    • How can I redeem my Rewards Dollars toward Disney, Star Wars and Marvel movie tickets?

      You can use your Disney Rewards Redemption Card as a form of payment toward Disney, Disney and Pixar and Star Wars and Marvel movie tickets at AMCTheatres.com or on the AMC Theatres mobile app. Tickets purchased through AMC are subject to the .¹

      You must purchase online. Once you add a Disney movie ticket to your cart, you will have the option to use your Disney Rewards Redemption Card. Simply enter your redemption card number to cover all or part of your purchase.

    • What is Pay Yourself Back®?

      Disney Rewards Dollars may be redeemed for a statement credit using Pay Yourself Back® toward purchases made with your Disney® Visa® Card at select merchants within the 90 days before the redemption request date. Purchases at select Disney locations in the U.S, online at Disney sites including DisneyStore.com, DisneyPlus.com, Hulu.com and ESPNPlus.com qualify. Premier Cardmembers can also use Pay Yourself Back® to redeem Rewards Dollars for a statement credit toward airline purchases made directly with the airline, including airline travel to any destination, on any airline – with no block-out dates.

    • What purchases qualify when using Pay Yourself Back®?

      Purchases with your Disney® Visa® Card qualify if made within 90 days of the redemption request date at select Disney locations in the U.S. and online at Disney sites. Purchases can include resort stays, dining, merchandise and more when paid for directly at Disney. Third party agents, parties and websites do not qualify as eligible purchases.

    • Do I need a Disney Rewards Redemption Card to redeem using Pay Yourself Back®?

      No. Disney Rewards Dollars cannot be redeemed for a statement credit using a Disney Rewards Redemption Card. If you plan on redeeming your Rewards Dollars for a statement credit using Pay Yourself Back®, do not load them onto a Disney Rewards Redemption Card.²³

    • How long will it take to get my statement credit?

      Statement credits will post to the card account within 3 business days of a request to redeem and will appear on the monthly Chase credit card billing statement within 1-2 billing cycles.

    • Will I need to pay my minimum payment on my monthly statement if I redeem for a statement credit?

      Yes, statement credits will reduce your balance, but you are still required to make at least your minimum payment.²³

    • What if I don’t see eligible Pay Yourself Back® purchases listed in my account?²³

      Your eligible purchases may not have posted to your card account yet. Once an eligible purchase posts to your card account, it will be listed on Pay Yourself Back® to choose and apply Disney Rewards Dollars to redeem for a statement credit. We make reasonable efforts to include all relevant merchant codes in eligible categories.

      Even though a merchant or some of the items that it sells may appear to fit within a rewards category, the merchant may not have a merchant code in that category. When this occurs, purchases with that merchant won’t qualify as eligible purchases in that category.
