@pawtato_cat Yes you do continue to get apex packs, although it's less frequent than before. There is a new total of packs you can get, which puts you past your free heirloom 500 mark.

Since you're guaranteed to get Heirloom Shards every 500 packs, you could also just count up your Apex packs to know how close you are to the next one.

If you still haven't received an heirloom I'm afraid it means you haven't opened enough packs to get an heirloom. I can really only recommend to keep an eye out when you open packs, since when you do hit that 500 pack threshold it will automatically give you one of the heirloom items.

In Season 14, Respawn increased the maximum level cap from 500 to 2,000. That's 1,2 million Legend Tokens—or 100 new legends, five times the total Legends currently available! Even after you hit the maximum level, you'll continue to earn 600 Legend Tokens every time you earn a level's worth of XP.
