How to Request for Cardless Withdrawal?
1. Select Cardless Withdrawal under Banking Services and provide the required information. |
2.You will receive your 6 -digit Cash Code upon completion of your request. Use this code when you withdraw. Your Cash Code will be valid for 30 minutes. |
3. Go to any PNB ATM and tap the Cardless Withdrawal option. Provide your registered mobile number and the Cash Code to complete your withdrawal request.

- Cardless withdrawal allows clients to withdraw from any PNB ATMs without a debit card.

- Who can request a Cardless Withdrawal?
- All active users of the PNB Digital App with an enrolled Debit Card savings, Passbook or Checking account are eligible to request a Cardless Withdrawal. Please note that debit restrictions may apply for some deposit products.
- Yes. You can already perform a Cardless Withdrawal transaction once your account is already enrolled in PNB Digital.
- Yes. You can perform a Cardless Withdrawal transaction if your account is active and is already enrolled in PNB Digital.
- You can withdraw your cash at any PNB ATM nationwide.
Making a Cardless Withdrawal Request |
- What details are needed when withdrawing at a PNB ATM?
- You will need to input your registered mobile number and the 6-digit Cash Code shown in the PNB Digital App.
- When entering the mobile number registered with your branch of account, make sure you follow the prescribed format of Country Code + Mobile Number (e.g.639171234567).
- A Cash Code is the 6-digit numeric code that is being generated after successful creation of Cardless Withdrawal request. You need to provide this code in the ATM when withdrawing cash.
- You can view your Cash Code by accessing the Cardless Withdrawal option in Banking Services menu.
- You must perform the cash withdrawal within 30 minutes once the request has been successfully created.
- You are allowed up to three (3) attempts to enter the correct Cash Code, otherwise, your request will be blocked.
- An active Cardless Withdrawal request can no longer be edited. You need to cancel this request and create a new one.
- You can cancel your request by returning to the Cardless Withdrawal option in Banking Services menu. Once request is cancelled, an email notification will be sent to your registered email address.
- Your deposit account will be debited upon successful ATM withdrawal. Please ensure that account balance is sufficient at the time of withdrawal.

- Is Cardless Withdrawal safe?
- Yes. A Cardless Withdrawal request requires your authentication via PNB Digital Key.
- For added security, the Cash Code created expires after 30 minutes. Do NOT share your Cash Code. You need to input this in the ATM when making your withdrawal transaction.
- You will receive SMS and/or email notifications upon request, withdrawal and cancellation of the request.
Withdrawal Limits and Charges |
- Will there be a fee?
- Making a Cardless Withdrawal request is free of charge.
- You can only make one (1) Cardless Withdrawal request at a time.An active withdrawal request must first be completed or cancelled before another can be made.
- You can withdraw up to Php 50,000.00 per day.
- Transaction Limits:
- Minimum amount: Php 100.00 per transaction
- Maximum amount: Php 40,000.00 per transaction
- Withdrawal amount should be in multiples of P100.00.
- Cardless Withdrawal limits are separate from the usual ATM card withdrawal requests.
- No. You are required to withdraw the full amount requested.
