Platinum Trophy is atrophy(so it's unique to Playstation and doesn't appear in Xbox and PC versions) inMetro 2033 Redux, Metro Last Light, Metro Last Light Redux and Metro Exodus.

In all games, this trophy is rewarded for unlocking all other trophies in that respective game. After unlocking your last regular trophy, the Platinum trophy should unlock soon after. Trophies featured in DLCs are not required to be unlocked to receive this trophy (however, trophies that are considered DLC in Metro Last Light are considered regular trophies in Last Light Redux, because Metro Redux includes all previously released downloadable content by default.)
