When unexpected expenses arise, TitleMax® can help you get same day funds at competitive rates. In many states, we even have options for how you can receive your funds, either through a check or Push to Debit.

In addition, we offer a variety of payment methods that fit into even the busiest of schedules. Whether your loan or pawn payment is due in 30 days or over several months we make the payment process easy and convenient in-store, online, and through the TitleMax Customer Portal that is easily accessible on your desktop and mobile devices.

Your payment schedule will be determined when you take out a loan or pawn, and will be included in your agreement. Payment methods and late penalties will differ depending on the state where you opened your account.

HOW TO MAKE A PAYMENT THROUGH THE TITLEMAX CUSTOMER PORTAL

Making a timely payment on your title loan/pawn or personal loan is important to all parties, and that’s why one of the primary features of the Customer Portal is a self-service payment portal. In the Portal, you can check the balance of your account and due date(s) and make a payment at any time, whether you are at home or on the go, 24/7.

HOW TO MAKE A PAYMENT IN-STORE

To ensure a timely payment, please visit your local TitleMax store on or before your due date. We accept cash, certified checks, money orders, bank card & Western Union Quick Collect. Please note that we do not accept personal or business account checks or credit cards. If you can’t make it into a store, you can also make a payment through the Customer Portal anytime, 24/7. Once your payment is processed, you will be provided a customer receipt. If you have any questions about payment methods, please contact your local TitleMax.

California Title Loan Repayment Options

On October 10, 2019, Governor Newsom signed a new law which significantly impacts our ability to meet your credit needs. The law which became effective on January 1, 2020 only impacts new loans made on or after January 1, 2020. It doesn’t change the terms of your loan or impact your obligation to repay your loan in accordance with its terms.

While TitleMax® is no longer offering new loans for our customers in the state of California, we’ve made it easy to continue to maintain your account and make a payment!

We are no longer able to take in-person payments. Please reference ways to manage your account below.

  1. Using the Customer Portal. You can view your account information or make a payment anytime or anywhere.
  2. Calling our dedicated California team at (714) 418-4943 and making a debit card payment over the phone.
  3. Visiting a MoneyGram® location to make a cash payment. PLEASE NOTE: Fees apply.*
  4. Mailing a cashier’s check or money order to TitleMax c/o California Team 2312 East Trinity Mills Road, Carrollton, TX 75006. PLEASE NOTE: The payment will be applied when received and not when mailed. If a payment is not mailed with sufficient mailing time, the payment may be applied after the due date.

Illinois Title Loan Repayment Options

Effective March 23rd, 2021, TitleMax is no longer offering new loans in the state of Illinois. This doesn’t change the terms of any existing/outstanding loans or impact your obligation to repay your loan in accordance with its terms.

While TitleMax is no longer offering new loans for our customers in the state of Illinois, we’ve made it easy to continue to maintain your account and make a payment!

How many days before TitleMax repo your car in Georgia? ›

Under Georgia state law, the auto lender can seize the borrower's car anytime after a payment is late. They don't need to give you notice. Once your auto vehicle is taken, the lender has to mail you a notice within 10 days explaining that your automobile has been repossessed.
