Here are some tips when paying for your Security Bank credit card bills through available payment channels:
Security Bank Automatic Debit Arrangement (ADA)
Fill out the Auto Debit Collections (ADC) Enrollment form and submit it to any branch for validation. Once enrolled, ADC will take effect on your next billing cycle.
If you have a dual currency credit card, you’ll need to define source accounts in Philippine Peso and US Dollars.
ADC automatically debits payments every month. Remember to sufficiently fund your account before your due date to avoid inconvenience.
Online payment channels
| Security Bank Online (SBOL) or Mobile App | Select your “Payment Account” as a source then choose “Security Bank” as the biller. Currently, SBOL only accepts payments for credit card bills in Philippine Peso. |

Over-the-Counter Bank Payments and Other Authorized Payment Channels
| Security Bank branches | Using the Queue Machine, select “Pay Bills,” then “Credit Card,” then choose “SBC Mastercard.” Next, enter your credit card number and the amount you want to pay, then wait for your number to be called. For branches without a Queue Machine, present your statement of account or provide your credit card number and the amount you want to pay to the teller. Remember to review your payment details before confirming your transaction to avoid any delays in posting your payments.
All check payments should be payable to SECURITY BANK CORPORATION or SECURITY BANK CORP. Legibly write the principal cardholder’s name and the Security Bank credit card number at the back of the check.
Reminder
All payments due must be made on or before the due date reflected in your Statement of Account. If your due date falls on a weekend or a holiday, ensure your payment is posted on the next banking day.
Payments made through bank partners and payment centers will be posted to your account within 2-3 banking days.
If you are paying with a local or regional check, consider the cut-off period for check clearing. Check payments will only be posted once cleared and credited to Security Bank’s account.
