I just bought this game and it’s amazing it’s has dismemberment but it’s quite rare and only happens when someone is shot with a high caliber rifle. I find it frustrating seeing that the first review that pops up is about how graphic the game is and it’s swearing but I think it’s extremely over exaggerated

Highly realistic and violent mil-sim. Dismemberment can be disabled, but in game voice acting includes extremely adult language not suitable for children or young teens.

This game is such a great milsim. I love it. I thought letting my 11 year old daughter play it was a mistake but I was wrong. It's fine for her. No sex in it. You can disable voice chat and disable blood and gore. No drinking etc. Great game go ahead and check it out

I’m a father of a 12 year old boy. the game is fine I let him play alone. He plays with friends and all his friends used to play without him and he was left out but ever since I got it he has been loving it . As for the game it rarely says anything bad and not much blood it’s like call of duty except more kid friendly I would recommend for children

A very good game no blood or gore or anything innapropriate other than it being really hard to win by yourself because you die in 1 - 2 shots so its really frustrating but if your thinking about getting it for your kid get it before his / shes a teenager because they might get really angry by how difficult it can get

No blood or gore but plenty of shooting. Also online text/voice chat is not moderated(a few severs do have profanity rules but most don't care unless you are racist/sexist). Now keep in mind that this is a milsim game. The guns do very high damage, usually killing a player in 1-2 shots. You will need to play the game for a while before you get very good. I would not recommend this game to players under 15 unless they have a long attention span and don't get frustrated super easily. You will get killed a lot when you first start playing this game and it can get very frustrating. For younger players I would recommend Call of Duty or Battlefield as long as they keep their distance from the toxic communities these games have.
