We got married here and it was absolutely perfect!
We went to view an art showing. Very nice space and the staff were very pleasant. We also did the orphanage tour which was a bit depressing. No matter what, check out this room upstairs. Their is an amazing ceiling mural - this pic is just one piece if it.

The State School Memorial Service today was heartwarming! So glad to see everyone who was there. Thank you, Anne Cummins Peterson and volunteers.
A gem of Owatonna thanks to the dedication of Owatonna mainstay Sylvan Durbin. A fairly modest gallery and collection. My favorite part is a little reading room adorned with a wonderful mural from a local artist. A great place to duck in from the cold and read from their extensive library of art related books. located on the West hills campus there's lots of other things to do while you're in the area including the state school Museum and the senior center.
