OHPis Open to All Children and Teens Younger than 19
All children and teens who meet income and other criteria qualify, regardless of immigration status, This includes Oregon children and teens who:
- Have undocumented status or Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA),and
- Live in families that earn up to 305% of the federal poverty level. As an example, in 2019, a family of four that earns up to $6,545 a month qualifies.

What is OHP?
OHP is free. It covers the health care services children and teens need to thrive. Services for children and teens include check-ups, vaccinations, mental health care, tooth fillings, glasses and prescriptions. OHP also covers labs, x-rays and hospital care. It even pays for rides to and from medical appointments.

100% Project – Health Coverage for All Children and Teens
Through the 100% Project, Oregon Health Authority’s Community Partner Outreach Program (CPOP) seeks to ensure all Oregon children and teens have access to health coverage.
By helping to build partnerships between their OHP-certified community partner network, schools and safety net clinics, CPOP works to meet children, teens and their families where they are, connecting them to local free help enrolling in OHP and Qualified Health Plans through Oregon’s Health Insurance Marketplace.
