Hola una pregunta tengo un oxígeno y necesito a alguien que me lo revise ustedes tendrán técnico? Le cuento un poquito , hace un ruido fuerte y la Lus se pone en alerta no cambia a O2 ya le cambié el filtro pero sigue igual ho será que tendré que comprar otro , gracias por su ayuda ante mano y espero su respuesta si tienen un técnico. Gracias

Hi Aura, Thank you for reaching out to us about your oxygen machine. Any maintenance or repair on these machines needs to be done by the manufacturer. We do not work on them ourselves. I have the Echo 2 oxygen oxygen machine, As I’m sure you are aware that company is out of business. I don’t need to buy an entirely new machine however I do need the products for it, are your products compatible? I need activator ASAP. Thank you.

The O2 machine we carry can be used with the any water based product. Below is the link to one of the activators we carry. If your machine is meant to be used with any water based product then you should be ok.
