Null (sometimes called The Original Null to distinguish him from Anti Null) is the newest in a line of hoaxes created by the Minecraft fanbase. He/She supposedly leaves signs with the word "null" on them. This is not in any way creepy or unnatural, it's due to a parsing failure by Java. Place down a sign in 1.7, load the world in 1.8, and then load it back in 1.7 again and any unoccupied spaces in your signs will change to "null" (may take a few tries).
Most sightings are inconsistent, though he/she is noted as appearing completely jet black and, unlike other creepypastas, not moving.
Goku1012u's Sighting[]
This is my experience, I am goku1012u, But when I was playing Minecraft, I decided to start a tree house, so I was starting to get some wood, until I saw a player. The player was all black, and didn't have no eyes, But when I checked, the multiplayer was off, so I thought it was a glitch, but when I was building the tree house, I saw something strange, I saw that there was a shadow. When I went there, there was nothing. But when I got back up, the shadow was there again. So I got creeped out, but I was starting to see crosses in the trees, until one day, in front of the door, was something shocking. There was a Steve head with blood, and a sign saying: Only God can help you now. I was shocked, and in that moment, I saw him. when my sister found out, she decided to deleted the world, But it was scary

- Herobrine: Another misidentified natural occurrence, in Herobrine's case, a "Monster" mob.
- Entity 303: Another, far more obviously fake creepypasta with no basis in reality.
- YraniB: Similar to Entity303, but instead of making convincing videos, people relied on cheap jumpscares to make it seem real (nobody fell for it).
