@lotsofclosets. I agree with @disneyshopper. If we could see the listing we'd be able to help figure out why it might not be covered. There was a scam last year where lots of items were listed in business and industrial so that the buyer couldn't file a refund request. There's a work around for that.
Classified listings are another category where mbg doesn't apply.
