A Non-Zero Balance report displays summary and detail information about sub-accounts that failed to roll up to their master accounts due to either a missing closing ledger value or a closing ledger value that was non-zero. You can generate a summary report that displays data and processing dates and the sub-accounts, along with their balances, that failed to roll-up to their master accounts. You can also generate a summary and detail report that provides summary information but also includes the individual transactions the sub-account was involved in.
Working with report criteria:
Enter a date range, either by using the format mm/dd/yyyy, or by using the Calendar icons to select the dates. You can also select predetermined time periods from the Date list.
From the Display list, select to summary and details or summary only.
From the Rolled-up NZB Accounts list, determine if you want to include or exclude rolled-up NZB accounts.
