Why is my Skrill card getting declined? ›

If at any time your remaining Skrill Account balance is less than the Card Transaction Fees being assessed, the balance of your Skrill Account will be applied to the Card Transaction Fees resulting in a zero balance on your Skrill Account, and your Card Transaction may be declined.
