Why does Netflix keep saying can't connect to Netflix? ›

This error happens when data stored on your device needs to be refreshed, or an issue with your network stops your device from reaching Netflix.

Samsung recommends that you try a full restart. So, unplug the TV, wait for about 1-2 minutes, and plug it back in. Then, try again. You can also sign out of Netflix or reinstall the Netflix app altogether.
