Sasuke Uchiha is one of the strongest characters in Naruto. He has some of the best genes for it, having come from one of the best and most powerful ninja clans in Konoha and thus inheriting some of the family’s abilities, such as the Sharingan. He also has a huge chip on his shoulder, which makes him train even more aggressively than classmates like Naruto, giving him an edge over them.

But how would he hold up against powerful characters from other series? Just about everyone can hold their own in One Piece against eventhe most powerful people. Sasuke would assuredly be able to take some of them on while he'd really struggle with others.
10 CAN: Shanks
Shanks is an incredible swordsman, especially impressive since he lost his left arm, which appears to have been his primary wielding arm. He, therefore, fights with his non-dominant hand most of the time. He’s also very skilled at using Haki, which is probably not dissimilar from the chakra that powers Sasuke’s attacks. But Sasuke’s preternatural skill and training, along with the Sharingan that he is able to awaken as an Uchiha, give him the ability to see and copy any of the attacks Shanks would be able to use here.
9 CAN'T: Arlong
Arlong isn’t completely human and, as a fish-man, would probably lead to some difficulty for Sasuke when fighting him because of that. He’s incredibly strong and very difficult to actually injure. He also uses his own body as a weapon in a lot of cases, throwing himself at someone like a torpedo or literally ripping out his teeth to use as weapons. When he’s angry, he goes into an incredibly fierce berserker mode that makes him even more dangerous.
8 CAN: Whitebeard
At his prime, there’s no way that Sasuke could have beaten Edward Newgate, who is considered the strongest man in the world and for good reason. But when fans meet him in the series, he’s an old man and actually rather sickly. When he’s not in battle, where he’s still pretty formidable, he’s often hooked up to IVs and surrounded by nurses. Sasuke’s youth, energy, and determination might make him strong enough to outlast Whitebeard in battle at this time.
7 CAN'T: Big Mom
Big Mom has, like almost every One Piece character, anincredible amount of physical strength and durability, able to take a lot of punishment during battle without actually showing herself to have any injuries.

But strength alone is probably not enough to finish a well-trained and talented ninja like Sasuke, who doesn’t necessarily need to land blows on her in order to finish her off. Her Devil Fruit ability, which allows her to take a soul out of a person’s body, also likely wouldn’t work on himsince he certainly doesn’t fear death,making the Devil Fruit ineffective.
6 CAN: Enel
Enel’s abilities are actually very interesting because they’re not dissimilar from those that Sasuke regularly uses in combat. In fact, he is also often seen surrounded by a symbol that looks an awful lot like Sasuke’s Sharingan. Their similar abilities to use lightning would probably put them on a pretty even playing field when fighting since neither would particularly be able to use that to their advantage. Still, Sasuke would likely be able to overpower him through his superior knowledge and strategic skills.
5 CAN'T:Akainu
Akainuis one of the strongest men in the world and has actually gone toe-to-toe with Whitebeard, who actually holds that title with pretty good results. His Devil Fruit abilities allow him to actually turn his body into magma, which makes him pretty formidable as an opponent. He’s pretty much untouchable while he’s in this state, and he can affect the environment around him as well, which would make it hard for Sasuke to escape him.
4 CAN: Roronoa Zoro
Zoro is a great fighter, particularly when it comes to using a sword, and he has demonstrated that he has a lot of strength and endurance on top of that. But where most of his companions are at least somewhat superhuman due to eating a Devil Fruit, Zoro is just a regular combatant. Sasuke’s talent, training, and Sharingan would probably be enough to overpower him, especially since Zoro gets disoriented easily. Sasuke’s speed would allow him to use this disorientation to his advantage.
3 CAN'T: Monkey D. Luffy
Luffy is the main character of One Piece, so it would be safe to assume he’s a pretty formidable opponent in most cases. He takes on a lot of powerful characters in the series and comes out at least somewhat successfully against just about all of them.

While Sasuke is incredibly powerful and has spent a lot of time training, Luffy has also undergone rigorous training of his own. Plus, his rubber-like body would make it hard for Sasuke to land any blows that would actually hurt him.
2 CAN: Boa Hanco*ck
Boa Hanco*ck is a very talented fighter who is especially strong when it comes to kicking. But Sasuke would be able to use this to his advantage since he has the ability to fight with long-range attacks by using his lightning jutsu and throwing weapons. Her Devil Fruit abilities also likely wouldn’t work on himbecause at a distance, they would require him to be seduced by her. And as far as Naruto shows, Sasuke has very little interest in women and is often impatient with the idea of romance.
1 CAN'T: Donquixote Doflamingo
Donquixote Doflamingois one of the most outrageously powerful characters in One Piece. There are very few characters who come close to meeting him on the same level of power and combat ability. For a great deal of time in the series, he had never even been injured by another character. These qualities, on top of his Devil Fruit abilities, which allow him to control his opponents, would make him an almost impossible character for Sasuke to defeat.
