To activate your card, log into Online or Mobile Banking.

Go to 'MySummit Card Controls'> Select 'Activate New Card'by clicking on the Card and confirm activation

MySummit Card Controlsallows you to temporarily turn off your debit card if it’s been lost or stolen. Once the card is located, use your app to instantly turn it back on!

To set up card Controls and Alerts, log into Online or Mobile Banking

> Go to'MySummit Card Controls'on the left hand side under Services > Select 'Card controls'

To report a lost or stolen card log into Online or Mobile Banking

>Go to 'MySummit Card Control' > Click 'Report lost or stolen'

PLEASE NOTE: Submitting your card lost or stolen will result in the following:

• Permanent card deactivation.
• Change is immediate and not reversible.
• The replacement card will have a new card number.
• The replacement card will arrive within the next 10-14 business days.

If your card is damaged, you can order a replacement card.

Log into Online or Mobile Banking

> Go to 'MySummit Card Controls' > Click ‘Card details’ > ‘Order replacement’.

*Please notify us if your address has changed to avoid delays in receiving your card.

To submit travel notification, log into Online or Mobile Banking

> Go to 'MySummit Card Controls' > click on 'Travel Notification'

You can request a New Cardunder MySummit Card Controls for an account that doesn’t already have a card issued.

Log into Online or Mobile Banking

> Go to 'MySummit Card Controls' > Click ‘Order New Card’.

To change debit card PIN, log into Online or Mobile Banking.

> Go to 'MySummit Card Controls' > Click 'Reorder PIN'
