There are multiple reasons why your balance shows 0.
- You have imported an existing wallet with many coins. It might take up to a few minutes to get them all displayed in your wallet.
- You mistyped one or a few the words when entering the seed phrase. Check if your Activity/ Transactions are empty. If they are, it means you have to reimport your wallet using seed phrase again.
- Your money was stolen. You can see in the recent transactions, all activities related to your wallet. We always do recommend to never share a seed phrase with anyone. Never.
