Hi,
My Apple wallet used to show me transactions (in notifications) immediately after I made a purchase at the shops. Howeve, since two months ago (I think), it stopped giving me notifications. I now don’t have any records of transactions until my credit card providers show it on the cards record (could be 7-14 days later).
Is the anything that that I may have inadvertently changed in my setup that cause this?
FYI:
WatchOS 4.2.2
iOS 11.2.5
notifications for Wallet are set to on.
Thanks.

Hi
It may help to check that the setting for Transaction History is enabled:
On your iPhone, go to: Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay > tap on a card > tap on the Transactions tab > turn on Transaction History.
Keep in mind that, depending on your card issuer, transaction history on your iPhone may only show transactions for which you used your iPhone when paying.
Also check your Notification settings, both for Wallet and, if installed, for any app offered by your card issuer:
On your iPhone, go to: Settings > Notifications > Wallet.
If the issue persists, then I suggest that you contact your card issuer (who provide the information to Wallet) for assistance.

- My Apple wallet not showing transaction records since upgrade Apple Watch to 7.0.2Hi,i use Apple Pay using my Apple Watch for more than 2 years for about 95% of all my purchases using multiple cards from different card issuers.since the upgrade of my Apple Watch to 7.0.2, all transactions done with the watch are not documented on the watch nor on the wallet in the watch charges were processed as I can find them on my credit card issuer‘s statements a few days later.Any ideas if this is a bug with the latest watch OS upgrade? 18251
- Apple wallet transaction historySince updating to IOS 14 a few days ago, none of my card transactions are being displayed in my Apple wallet. I’ve checked that notifications are set to “allow notifications” and that wallet notification settings for each card has the transaction setting set to “show history” and “allow notifications”. So as far as I can see everything has the correct settings. The only thing that changed is the OS - it worked before the IOS 14 upgrade, now it doesn’t. Is this an IOS 14 issue? Note - I’ve also deleted and reinstalled the Wallet app, but it still doesn’t display transaction history. Thanks 47139

Thanks Jonathan.
All my settings are on.
My card providers App (goMoney ANZ), however, doesn’t have an option for Notifications (that’s strange!).
I have contacted my card issuer as you suggested. I will post an update once I receive a response.
Thanks.

Hi Jonathan
Just an update. I contacted my card issuer, ANZ VISA, who in turn contacted Apple support.
They told me that it is an expected behaviour thats I don’t get notifications when I use my Apple Watch for Apple Pay.
It seems a strange answer as I was getting notifications up to sometime in December 2017.
I also get notifications when using my Amex card on Apple Watch. However I was told that Apple support told my card issuer that Amex app uses some special non standard feature that’s not available to other app developers. Sounds strange!!
Would you be able to shed some light or verify this??
thanks.
