One-off overpayment
When you useManage your Mortgage, to make a one-off payment you can choose exactly how your payment is applied to your sub accounts. Your balance and your new payment will be updated within a few hours.
If you send us a payment without using Manage your Mortgage, and you don't tell us how you want the funds to be applied to your sub accounts, then we will apply the payment to your sub accounts in the following order.
1. Interest Only (before Repayment/Capital & Interest)
2. Highest Interest Rates
3. Highest Outstanding Balance
Regular overpayments
Setting up a regular overpayment is an online service you can access viaManage your Mortgage, you can tell us exactly how much you want to pay toward each of your sub accounts. You can stay in complete control of your regular overpayments using Manage your Mortgage to set-up, amend or cancel your regular overpayment.
