MetaTrader5 why i love trading on it

Comments: I love it, and the fact that its free makes it that much more appealing

Pros:

Easy to use and install program to access my Broker's network and make informed Forex and Synthetic Indices trades.It also easily runs my Robots or Expert Advisors which are programs to automatically open and close trades for you based on a set of parameters

Cons:

No down sides discovered yet, but i would have liked longer trade history. Longer than 6 monthd

Comments: I do personal forex trading and I am also teaching others to trade forex, they too appreciate the app.

Pros:

It is easy to access trading account on this platform and payour is faster. Deposited funds appear on the platform immediately.

Cons:

I have never come across difficulties when using the app, it is quite reliable.

Comments: For the withdraw time they are asking us to pay unnecessary charges. Even that conditions they will not mention before.Huge loss for who trading with this platform.No guaranty for our funds and no support to withdrawal our amount from account.So many restrcions and so many condtion now i cannot able to withdraw my money.Huge loss now i am in trouble i paid all the taxes like Country ta ,Tether USA AND asking for Fin CEN......this all comes when your trying to withdraw amount from your account they will charge all this things........Its very bad and worest no one will help you from MT5.I Can say worst platform and Worst and bad experience with this app and enquiry support.Still i am trying for my money back..............I can say worst service

Comments: Considering the low cost of the platform (free of charge) and the possibility of using robots (algorithm trading) of your own design, rented or purchased, it is a good alternative. Given the fact that Meta Trader 4 and 5 are possibly the most used trading platform worldwide, the number of users and contributors is immense. The MQL5 forum shows a great number of indicators and robot developers who may be happy to sell or rent their products.

Pros:

Meta Trader 5 and its brother application Meta Trader 4 are possibly the most used platforms worldwide both for manual trading and using robots (algorithm trading). The software was originally developed based on Linux and is usually distributed free of charge by most trading agents and hedge funds, becoming like the entry-level application for manny daytraders.

Cons:

Being a software usually available free of cost, the support is based on forums and users associations from a great number of countries. Basically, if help is needed it will require many times, extensive searching and reading before a solution is found. When using VPN to achieve better response time and less sleepage of orders, performance is good. Without using VPN, performance may be critical unless the trading agent provides a direct and upgraded communications channel with Meta Trader 5 servers. You may experience platform stops of several seconds sometimes.

Comments: My overall experience with Meta Trader 5 is a positive one. it is an software that i recommend to other financial traders as it offers real time access to the markets. there are no delays and data is displayed at real time.Meta Trader 5 also allows its users to connect to many of the available brokers. you can sign up to a broker of your choice and still be able to connect the app.

Pros:

the main features that i love about Meta Trader 5 is the feature that allows you to open graphs from different currency pairs and be able to observe them all at the same time. Market watch becomes very easy for someone who need to observe different financial commodities at the same time.

Cons:

Difficulty for new users to understand the platform, for users that have not used the previous versions of the platform before, it becomes difficult to locate some of the tools that are critical to trading.

Comments: I have had the best experience on this software. the only thing that is still a problem is those missing indicators. but overall, it is a very good app.

Pros:

The best feature about this software is that I can open multiple charts of different pairs all at once and i can monitor different charts if i dont have multiple screens. Apart from that is the strategy tester that was made available so that people can practice within the app on real markets. They also have a "signals" option where one can choose from thousands of professional traders and copy their trades in a fully automated way. This really helped me as a beginner and made money while still learning...

Cons:

There are a lot of missing tools and indicators that some other platforms use. for example, they dont have fibonacci extention.

Comments: The hustle and bustle to run around to buy and sell or working hard to earn extra income is overcome by MetaTrader 5 by ensuring you to make money from anywhere anytime. Forex trading is indeed a rewarding market to which MetaTrader 5 becomes the interface between the trader and the various forex markets.

Pros:

Instant Execution and Swaping are impressive and it is very easy to use in any computers like android phones, apple phones, laptops, desktops and tablets. I am a trader so the most reliable software or trading platform I have found in my daily and weekly trading is MetaTrader 5. It helps me a lot in my trading business.

Cons:

The only feature that needs to be consistent with all the computers is the adjustment for take profit and stop loss executions. In a desktop the stop loss and take profit targets can be manually adjusted but the same is not found in the androids and tablets. Hence, when you are not trading using the desktop, and maybe when you are mobile, it is little bit difficult to manually adjust the take profit and stop loss targets. Hence, the tendency to making a loss is there.

Great and simple platform for trading derivatives.

Comments: MetraTrader 5 makes trading so simple and easy to do provided you already have the knowledge to trade the money and capital markets. I enjoy trading on MetraTrader 5 so much as it makes my trading of CFDs so easy unlike other complex trading platforms.

Pros:

MetraTrader 5 has a very simple and easy to understand user interface. As a result it makes trading on the platform very easy. I personally trade forex and other Contract For Difference (CFD) derivatives such as NAS100, US30, S&P 500 and synthetic indices on the platform.

Cons:

Since MetraTrader 5 isn't an institutional trading platform it lacks certain security features that institutional platforms provide. As a result a lot of scammers tend to take screenshots of fake demo profits to lure unsuspecting people into investing with them and they end up losing their money to these scammers.

Comments: Im able to perform technical analysis and place anything from market execution to pending orders. This is the only app that makes me a ton of money on my phone. Its never been easier to participate in the financial markets than now thanks to the Metatrader 5 app.

Pros:

It allows me load multiple broker accounts and trade them simultaneously, its convenient as its available on PC and Android.

Cons:

I can no longer use it on my Iphone since its no longer available.

Comments: I learned lot of things with metaTrader like indicators,trading strategies & how to prevent major losses.

Pros:

Guys i like this app so much its beta than 4 especially with the new features brought this year.

Cons:

I'm worried about latest update everytime you open trade its jamming previous update before the latest was moreway better than new one.

Comments: The platform is eligible for usage worldwide, giving investing opportunities to anyone. The platform operates on a couple of devices like Windows, iOS and Android. This platform is open to big institutions as well as individuals.

Pros:

Withdrawal of profits is the easiest and convenient process. In South Africa our global bank is FNB and after a successful trade the funds are loaded directly to your account, saving you the hassle of transfering to a medium international account then to FNB. Traders benefit from the growing and falling exchange rates against each other. MetaTrader 5 is legit and offers brokers who help you with spreads. Also a little bit of training is provided for new users as guidance.

Cons:

The platform already has a lot of users, and support or assistance enquiry may take forever. I do consider calling my broker but the network in different countries may get in the way. But that is the best option so far.

Cons:

One issue I have encountered is that sometimes I am not confident that the data being displayed is up to date, which can affect the accuracy of my trades. Additionally, while there are many third-party add-ons available, I am concerned about the security of these applications and whether Metatrader ensures their safety. Finally, the platform can be somewhat difficult to use, particularly for beginners, and it may take some time to get used to its interface and features.

Comments: Overall my experience is good because i have used a lot of trading platforms but when i found meta trader 5 . I was sticked with it till now and i hope they will add new features and i will never change my trading platform.i am used to its graphics and tools and very much satisfied to it's features excellent 👍

Pros:

A lot of options to trade like currencies crypto commodity based ob our broker and log in very easy with having almost every broker and great graphics..and a lot of indicators that helps a trader .

Cons:

Some times it freezes I don't know why but while i want to buy or sell any pair sometimes it freezes for some seconds which leads us to buy and sell at different price we want

Comments: It is an amazing software, easy to use!

Pros:

I have used the metatrader5 for quite some time now, and it is a very user friendly software. The fact that I am able to view my trading history on the charts is so amazing. Opening pending orders, modifying TP and SL by simply dragging and dropping. How amazing!

Cons:

The one thing I did not like much about the MT5, especially on the mobile phone is that I am unable to modify my TP and SL easily when I am holding the mobile phone on the landscape position!

Pros:

The charts display and the different icons directing one to the usage sections

Cons:

The community section is lagging and this limits so many since a new user can not easily identify it and how to use it.

Comments: The overall experience of the software is acceptable, there is no bugs or delays on price delivery and data. The only problem I have is unavailable data prior to 2012 and easy access feature of swiping left on a quote to access the chart.

Pros:

MT5 has an even more extended range of tradeable quotes such as crypto-currencies added giving me more options on tradeable quotes.

Cons:

The software is quite complex compared to the previous version MT4. Some of the easily accessible features like swiping left on a quote to view the chart is not available on MT5. Charts on my mobile device can't load data prior 2012 and my analysis on charts would sometimes disappear when I re-open on the chart until I had to set it manually on settings.

Comments: Solving all forex related issues when it comes to trading,analyzing and communication with metaquotes (mql5) community.

Pros:

It provides simple to use interface for both newbies and pros in trading and to cap it all the real time data is excellent with no lagging.

Cons:

Provides me with real time data, no lagging.

Comments: Overall it's great platform just as good as MetaTrader 4. 8/10.

Pros:

One of the growing trading platforms, big improvement from metatrader 4 platform. Easy account opening, low trading fees, web compartibility

Cons:

no stock trading as opposed to MetaTrader 4. Few financial companies offer MetaTrader 5.

Comments: Best trading platform one can ever use.

Pros:

Timely updates to the software, tools are easily accessible. The app is not complicated at all.

Cons:

Updates tend to come slower to Android user than to ios users

Comments: I've used it to trade successfully for the past 1year.

Pros:

It easily connects once there is network coverage.Secondly, it's quite easy to navigate around the software.It also easily communicates with other broker sites. Once there's a withdrawal from it or deposit to it, it reflects immediately.

Cons:

I haven't discovered anything con about it yet.

Pros:

Easier to use that prior version. Also, more features were added that allow for one click execution. Response time is faster too.

Cons:

Technical Charting still not ideal. There are better alternatives for analysis.

Comments: Metatrader 5 has everything I needed as a trader, absolutely amazing.

Pros:

The platform has many trading tools to use on your daily trading. You can choose from a variety of trading indicators. Hide unused tools from your screen to avoid noisy charts. Execution of trades is very simple and fast. Display multiple charts in one screen. Metatrader 5 allows you to program your trades with 'Buy Limit and Sell Limit.

Cons:

Drawing tools are very limited, they need to add some

Pros:

Multiple window analysis with each timeframe is great as i can plan my trades better and get super sharp entries.

Cons:

The android version seems to have a lot of bugs. Zooming in and out of charts is an issue as i have to close and restart the app to get it working again.

Comments: My overall experience is that I am able to make profit whenever possible, wherever I go I can open a trade any day without hesitation knowing my money is safe and secured. I can easily withdraw anytime I wish to and the fees are not bad like other platforms.

Pros:

I mostly liked the accessibility in regards to the technology behind such a brilliant platform. I can access MT5 via PC and mobile on the go. Easy to use.

Cons:

To be honest I like the platform and I I don't see any problems with it besides awareness to be used by more people.
