Helo! Our appetizing Apple Pie is one of McDonald's signature desserts. It is made with our special short crust dough made of soft flour, sugar, salt and baking powders - rolled out to a thin layer. The filling is made with apples and includes ingredients such as sugar, starch for a thick, smooth filling, lemon juice, and cinnamon. It is perfectly cooked to become the golden - glazed, bubbly pie.

For most of our Chicken products, the chicken is sourced locally, by our approved supplier HAWA CHICKEN.
As for the veggies used to prepare our burgers, we use locally grown veggies by Alpha Green from the Bekaa Valley.
Our golden McFries are grown and produced in France, by our approved supplier McCain.

Hello! Let's take our McNuggets as an example. They are made of 100% pure and Halal chicken breast meat with a bit of chicken skin for succulence and flavor.
