The McDonald's Breakfast Sauce has to be one of my favorite sauces from there. A creamy, tangy perfectly balanced sauce that works so well with any breakfast item.
I know McDonald's don't actually sell this sauce any more, it is apparently still used on the breakfast bagel (thank goodness, because that's my favorite breakfast item). Only a few locations still serve this though.
It's what inspired me to investigate learning how to make it at home myself. A copycat recipe for this versatile sauce.
