Lucky Legendary Chest Chances

The Wiki says that there is a 20% chance of getting a legendary dragon in this chest. However, I opened over 30 of them so far and never got one. If the wiki is right, then there is about a 0.123794004% chance of that happening. Am I just unlucky, or is the fandom lying? I don't understand at all. All of my friends who play this game are the same as well. (But some got one or even two out of 30.) Please explain this!
