There are certain rare items that have only one use. They are used for specific Legendary Pokemon as held items. The ones listed on this page can be found in Pokemon X and Y.
Drives
Drives are Held Items that change the Type of Genesect's Special Move Techno Blast. Bring a Genesect to the Hiker in Ambrette Town's Fossil Lab to obtain all four drives.

Trio Orbs
Orbs are Held Items that power up certain Type Attacks for three Legendary Pokemon.

Plates
Plates are Held Items that change the Type of the Legendary Pokemon Arceus and his Special Move Judgement.
The plates can also be used to power up specific Type attacks, just like other Held Type-Enhancing Items.
