Alle post zal voor u worden klaargelegd bij de receptie, zowel de post van de postbus als de post die op het bezoekadres mocht binnenkomen. Hiervoor krijgt u een eigen postbakje toegewezen zodat u ook na sluitingstijd te allen tijde bij uw post kunt komen.
Voor het verzenden van uw post zorgen wij voor een professionele uitstraling door middel van het gebruik van een frankeermachine. U hoeft enkel de post beneden bij de receptie af te geven en wij zorgen ervoor dat uw post tegen de huidige TPG-post tarieven wordt verzonden.
Ook voor het verzenden en ontvangen van pakketten kunt u bij de receptie van uw Business Centre terecht. Mocht u zelf niet aanwezig zijn dan nemen onze receptionistes uw pakket inontvangst en leggen dit voor u klaar. Op deze manier hoeft u nietmeer zelf een hele ochtend of middag op kantoor te blijvenin afwachting van de levering van uw pakket.
