Bank Deposit Process through JazzCash Agents
In order to make a Bank Deposit through a JazzCash agent the following process will be followed:
Customer has to bring original CNIC along with a copy to any Jazz Franchise, Customer Care Center or JazzCash agent
Provide your CNIC number & mobile number to JazzCash agent
Provide the amount to be deposited along with recipient’s mobile number, Bank name and Bank account number to the agent
Confirm recipients Bank Account Title before processing transaction
Confirmation SMS will be sent to both sender & recipient from 8558
Collect the stamped receipt
Important:
Expired CNIC will not be entertained for performing any transaction.

Transactional limits for Bank Deposit through JazzCash Agent:
- 50,000 per month per CNIC through Biometric
- 25,000 per month per CNIC through USSD
- Multiple transactions on a single CNIC can be performed in a month.
- There is no limit to how much money can be received by a single Bank Account through this service.
