With no need for additional storage space on your property - and being very comfortable, manoeuvrable and easy to drive - the Trouvaille can easily double as an everyday vehicle.
Many of our customers use their vans to get to work and back on a daily basis, and some have even been known to spend their lunch breaks relaxing in their van!
As it so easily fits a normal parking space, driving the van to work, out shopping or even out for lunch is just as comfortable and simple as a normal car, which means with a compact van you won't need to worry about storing, maintaining, insuring and taxing a third vehicle.
Campervans even double as a spare bedrooms
We use our van as a spare bedroom when friends and family come to stay. It's warm and cosy in the winter - super easy to heat with the excellent insulation and handy built-in heater - and it has everything your guests need for privacy and comfort.
We've even been known to give up our room and sleep in the van when guests come around... but that might just be because we like any excuse to live that van life - even if it's in our own driveway!

It takes just 15 minutes or so to get the van nice and toasty, and then you're warm and cosy for your day's work without having to worry about turning your heating on. You've also got your kettle, toaster and fridge close to hand - just don't forget the biscuit tin!

Unlike cars, a professionally-built van like the Trouvaille Classique or Actif will always hold its value, and can quite often be re-sold for close to its original value.

We love that campervanning allows us to experience spending the night in places that aren't available to everyone - often campsites are in unique spots, in gorgeous natural settings. And of course you'll get to make friends with fellow campervanners wherever you go, swopping stories of great sites and places to visit.
It's a BIG bonus that you get to take your home comforts on the road with you, rather than packing and unpacking the car from house to hotel to holiday cottage. Once you've tested your van out a few times you'll know exactly what you need to make it a comfortable home from home, and there's nothing more satisfying than taking your home on the road with you!
Save on the cost of hotels
This is probably the most obvious, but we've left it for last because there are so many other reasons why a campervan is a great investment, that this one sort of falls to the bottom of the list.
It goes without saying that owning a campervan means you'll save on the cost of hotels when you travel. It can be the reason why many people consider a campervan in the first place!
When you add up all the benefits of being able to use your camper as a second car, having access to a spare bedroom and a mobile office, and the excellent resale value of a quality campervan conversion, it may work out in the end that you'll not only save on hotel costs - you very likely will come out on top, almost being paid to go on holiday!
