The ESignature.ESignature[number]Date field captures the date and time when an E-Signaturewas successfully captured.

The ESignature.ESignature[number]Date field is a timestamp of when a document was signedby a new hire or assignee using an electronic signature field. TheESignature.ESignature[number]Date field is available as a variablethat can be included on forms and message templates, in PDF documents,content pages, conditions, reports and Taleo Connect exports. It canbe set to be displayed in two different ways, either by date aloneor by date and time. The date will always be formatted using a defaultshort date style. The time will be displayed using the Greenwich MeanTime (GMT) time zone. If your organization operates in a single ora few time zones, then the date of an E-Signature would probably besufficient by your organization's legal department or other complianceconsiderations. But if your organization operates globally, it mightbe more important to know exactly when each E-Signature was captured,according to one centralized system. This setting will apply to allelectronic signature fields, including existing fields on forms thathave already been signed.

The default value is Date and willapply to all ESignature.ESignature[number]Date fields.

If the date is chosen to be displayed without the time, itwill be displayed according to the date format for the locale. Fora US locale, it will be displayed as mm/dd/yy.

If the date and time are chosen to be displayed, the datewill be displayed according to the date format for the locale, followedby the time always formatted as hh:mm:ss GMT.
