IC Markets offer
The IC Markets broker is a typical CFD broker, which means that all instruments and markets available in its offer are in practice CFDs. It means that when trading, for example, gold, in practice we do not buy gold, but only a contract for price change.
Forex
Like other brokers, IC Markets also offers access to currency pairs, more than 60 different pairs to be precise. The spreads on them, as declared by the broker, starts from 0 pips (depending on the account type).
Indices
Stock indices offer exposure to “baskets” of stocks from a variety of markets and industries. The most popular of them are, for example, the SP 500, DAX or FTSE 100. IC Markets offers 25 indices from exchanges around the world.
Commodities
Energy resources, agricultural raw materials and precious metals. You can also find CFDs on these types of products at ICM. More than 20 instruments of this type are available.
Stocks
The broker offers access to over 730 CFDs on shares from exchanges such as ASX, Nasdaq and NYSE. These are stocks CFDs of the most popular companies with the highest liquidity.
Bonds
Bonds CFDs allow for exposure to domestic bonds from major countries such as Japan, UK and the US. In total, you can trade over 10 different bonds.

Types of accounts at IC Markets
We can distinguish 2 different types of accounts in ICM – Raw Spread, and Standard. It is worth adding that the leverage depends on the jurisdiction in which we create our account. While in Mauritius it can be even 1:500, in the Cyprus branch of IC Markets it will be compliant with ESMA restrictions, i.e. it will be 1:30 for non-professional clients and 1:200 for professional clients.

Standard account
It is a standard account comparable to accounts with most FX / CFD brokers. Namely, the only transaction fee in this case is the spread, which starts at 1 pips. There is no additional commission present on Raw Spread accounts. The minimum lot size is 0.01.
Available platforms: Meta Trader 4 and 5.
Raw Spread Account
It is an account with very low spreads (the average spread on EUR / USD according to the broker is 0.1 pips), but with an additional commission on concluded orders (3.50 USD per 1 lot of transaction, both when opening and closing positions).

IC Markets Platforms – MetaTrader 4 and 5
The IC Markets broker’s offer includes MetaTrader 4 and 5 platforms. The amount of leverage and available instruments may vary depending on which platform the trader chooses.
Fees and commissions
As mentioned earlier, fees and commissions will vary depending on the selected account and class of instruments. In the case of deposits and withdrawals, IC Markets does not charge any additional commissions, however, such commissions may be charged by the bank processing the transaction.
IC Markets has two types of MetaTrader accounts, a standard account and a Raw Spread account. IC Markets does not charge commission on standard accounts but instead applies a spread margin of 1 pip above interbank prices received from liquidity providers.
The IC Markets Raw Spread account shows the interbank spread received from liquidity providers. A commission of $7 is charged on this account. for a standard return flight. The commission is 5.50 for the euro, 5.00 for the pound and 6.60 for the Swiss franc.

I have the impression that somehow the services broke down a bit, especially the execution, maybe due to the move to different jurisdictions? It's hard to say, still one of the best in my opinion, but they have to take care of it if they don't want to become the next mediocre. And the offer is quite poorly developed, especially in terms of crypto.
