If you win over $600 (either all at once or with multiple prizes in a calendar year), we'll send you a 1099-MISC form in the new year which you can file with the rest of your income when you do your taxes.
In accordance with the IRS instructions for Form 1099-Misc, winnings below $600 are not required to be reported on Form 1099-Misc and PrizePool will not issue a 1099 for winnings below $600. You should report your winnings as income on your tax return even if a Form 1099 MISC is not issued to you.
