If you forgot your UPI PIN, you can create a new one. If you haven't already added all UPI IDs available for your account, create a new UPI ID. Then, check the account balance. Errors usually occur due to network or bank server issues.

Reset your UPI PIN
- Open Google Pay .
- At the top right, tap your photo and then Bank account.
- Tap the bank account you want to edit.
- Tap Forgot UPI PIN.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
To find your UPI ID:
- Open Google Pay .
- At the top right, tap your photo.
- Tap Bank account.
- Tap the bank account whose UPI ID you want to view.
- Select Manage UPI IDs.
- Under your bank account details on the top of the page, you'll find your UPI ID.
Log into your preferred UPI app. Head to the accounts section and select the bank account for which you need to reset the PIN. You'll be prompted to enter the last six digits of the Debit Card linked to the bank account along with the card expiry date. Enter the OTP sent via SMS by your bank.
