Wow, you're living the dream as a Disney Incredi-Passholder! You are correct that a Disney Incredi-Pass allows you to hold a maximum of 5 park reservations at one time. With typically no blocked dates for the Incredi Pass, I hope you can secure the Park Pass Reservations you require. Rolling basis means you must either use or cancel one of the park reservations currently held to make another park reservation. There is an exception to this rule for Annual Passholders staying at Disney Resort hotels (or other select hotels). You are permitted to make theme park reservations for each day of your Resort stay, in addition to the 5 theme park reservations on a rolling basis. Good to know if you are staying at a Disney Resort hotel for your visit.
Don't forget about all the other Passholder perks, too! Not least, money off selected dining and merchandise across Walt Disney World.
