How to withdraw funds?
I live in Ukraine, I created my own PayPal a long time ago, unfortunately in Russian. I got a "name conflict" error when trying to add PayPal to the site. on PayPal, I'm ¨Дмитрий¨, and on UPWork, Dmitry. How to solve a problem? What difference does it make where I want to withdraw money? If "not me" can send them, then why not just make a confirmation system? What is language discrimination? Give me the opportunity then to specify the name in the language in which I want.

Withdrawing funds from Upwork is a straightforward process. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to do it:
Login to Your Upwork Account: Log in to your Upwork account using your username and password.
Access "Get Paid": Once logged in, navigate to the "Get Paid" tab. You can find this tab in the top menu bar of your Upwork dashboard.
Click on "Withdraw Funds": Under the "Get Paid" tab, you'll find the "Withdraw Funds" option. Click on it to proceed.
Select Withdrawal Method: Upwork offers various withdrawal methods, such as Direct to Local Bank, PayPal, Payoneer, and more. Choose the method that suits you best. Keep in mind that fees and processing times can vary depending on the method you choose.
Enter Withdrawal Amount: Enter the amount you wish to withdraw from your Upwork account. Be sure to consider any applicable fees or minimum withdrawal limits.
Confirm and Review: Review the withdrawal details, including the withdrawal method, amount, and any associated fees. Make sure everything is accurate before proceeding.
Submit Withdrawal Request: Once you're satisfied with the details, click the "Submit" or "Withdraw" button to initiate the withdrawal process.
Wait for Processing: The processing time for withdrawing funds can vary based on the withdrawal method you've chosen. Some methods, like PayPal or Payoneer, may result in nearly immediate transfers, while direct bank transfers might take a few business days.
Check Your Account: Depending on the withdrawal method and processing time, you should receive the withdrawn funds in your chosen account (bank account, PayPal, etc.) as per the estimated timeline.
It's important to note that Upwork may have specific rules and requirements based on your location and the withdrawal method you select. Be sure to review Upwork's official documentation or contact their support if you have any questions or concerns about the withdrawal process.

You cannot witdraw commercial transactions to Paypal. Try Payoneer. (referral that gives 25$ once you transferred $1000 in total)
You withdraw it there, it's $1 per transaction (+2.5$ from payoneer). Then you can widraw the earning to Privatbank with a 2% fee on a USD account.
If you order a card (it costs $30 a year), you can withdraw UAH from ATMs or USD is some banks like Concord Bank.
