How to withdraw?
Open the Socios.com app, head to your wallet, and tap on withdraw. Then select what assets you want to withdraw, the amount, and, the recipient.
To find the recipient's blockchain address go to the wallet/exchange to which you want to send your assets. In case you have doubts, you should contact the support of the wallet/exchange directly.
You can withdraw your assets to any personal wallet or exchange that supports the Chiliz Chain network. You can find the full list here.
Important:
- Chiliz/Fan Tokens sent to a network not supported by the personal wallet/exchange will be lost and non-recoverable.
- Chiliz/Fan Tokens sent to an incorrect address will be lost and non-recoverable.
- Chiliz/Fan Tokens sent to an exchange where they are not listed will be lost and non-recoverable.
- In case of doubt, please start by testing with a small amount of tokens.
Remember that it is your responsibility to verify whether Chiliz and Fan Tokens can be sent to a third party and to provide and verify address details.
