1. Check the Bluetooth connection

The connected Bluetooth device doesn't exceed the maximum distance of the Bluetooth connection (usually8 to 10 meters). It is recommended to close to connect it.After connecting, try to have no metal or other obstructions between the Bluetooth device and the mobile phone. And check whether there is another interference signal, for example, a Router, induction cooker, micro-wave oven, etc.
Confirm whether the device is connected to other Bluetooth devices. If the Bluetooth device is a headset, the phone can be connected at the same time, but it can't work at the same time. You can select the headset you want to use on the Bluetooth interface.

2. Re-pair Bluetooth

Unpair the Bluetooth device, put it back in discovery mode, then pair and connect.

realme UIs:Settings> Bluetooth > Click on the right side of the paired device details icon > click Unpair > Research again to pair.

3. Check the Bluetooth device

a. Check if your Bluetooth device is turned on and check if the device is fully charged.

b. Confirm that the Bluetooth device is available on other devices because it may be damaged or not compatible with the current device.

4. Reset the network setting

• realme UI 5.0 & 4.0:Settings > Additional Settings >Backup & reset > Reset phone >Reset Network settings

• realme UI 3.0:Settings > System Settings > Backup & reset > Reset phone > Reset Network settings only

• realme UI 2.0:Settings > Additional Settings > Backup & reset > Erase all Data > Reset Network settings only

• realme UI R & Go & S & T & U Edition:Settings > System > Reset options > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth
