Do you ever wonder why your açaí bowls are not as thick as every post you see? I was on a mission to make thick, creamy açaí bowls and have figured it out by trying a few new things. I gifted myself a new blender, along with only using the ingredients I loved most.

Ingredients

The key here is a strong blender, and to take the blender off the base and shake the ingredients back down. Blend on and off until the mixture is super thick- see how it won’t even slide out of the blender?

4Pro Tips to Make your Açaí Bowl Thicker

Number of Packs to Use:

We typically recommend using 1Açaí packet for smoothies, 2 packs for smoothie bowls. It helps to have a strong blender to chop all your ingredients up into a smooth consistency.

Open Packs like a Pro:

Cut in half with a sharp knife and break into your blender.

Make a Thicker Bowl:

Start with a little liquid and add a frozen fruit - bananas, blueberries, pineapple, mango - you name it!
