So you want to make $10,000 or more every single month?

Ready for those juicy Paypal notifications? Yes?

Well, lucky you, I have made a step-by-step guide to making $10,000/month consistently. Enjoy!

Step One: Proof that I’ve actually know how to make $10,000/month consistently (and do it!).

I don’t know about you but I am pretty skeptical about most income claims. You too? I thought so. 🙂

So, I thought it would be really refreshing to show both screenshot evidence AND video evidence (careful, ladies, because screenshots can be faked! Always ask for video evidence, too!)

Step Two: You must create a deep unwavering belief that you actually CAN and WILL make $10,000/month consistently.

You must decide that come hell or high water, YOU WILL MAKE $10k.

Even during the days it seems as it will never happen, hold fast and hold firm. Don’t quit. Don’t give up.

And trust me, some days, you will really want to quit.

You will doubt that it can happen for you.

It is in those moments that you must hold fast to the firm belief that you can and will make $10,000 this month.

You also need to know WHY you want $10k, DOWN TO THE PENNY.

It is not enough to arbitrarily pull the number $10k/month out of thin air.

Ask yourself why you want to earn that much? How will you use this money, when it comes to you.

And I am not kidding, you must detail it, down to the literal penny. It’s tedious, but do you want $10k? Get on it.

Here is an example of what your list should look like:

Rent: $1576

Utilities: $521

Phone: $109

Credit Card: $172

Car Payment: $670

More expenses: $167

Extra payment to debt: $2000

Etc

Again, keep in mind, I just fired off a list off the top of my head and I didn’t complete it but you get the idea. Every single penny of that $10,000 should be accounted for. Do not skip this step.

Next, write your goal down twice a day.

On paper. Simple enough but you should be recommitting yourself to your big goal each and every day, twice a day.

Even on the days you don’t feel it will happen. Still, write it down. And it has to be pen to paper. There is something about ink on a clean sheet of paper that makes a difference.

Put notes everywhere, all over your house.

I like to put them on my mirror, on the bottom of my laptop, on my microwave, everywhere.

My husband teases me a little bit because our house looks like a crazy lady lives there but hey, that’s what it’s like to be married to Maria Wendt. 😀

My notes say things like, “My next pay-in-full client is on her way to me now!” or “I love making money helping people get clients!” or “Money comes to me when I’m having fun!” or even “You’re doing great, babe!”

Be sure to track every penny that comes to you.

From your income, from random rebates, anything.

Track it.

I even track the $5 my Nana gave me for my birthday this year. (Note, some people track their significant other’s income. I don’t, personally, but you can if you want to. It does kinda screw up the whole “I made $10k thing!” unless your goal is for the TWO of you to make $10k/month total. Up to you, friend!)

Finally, express gratitude for every penny that comes to you.

That $5? I sent up a prayer of gratitude for it just like I did the two pay-in-full clients that came to me this month.

The more grateful you are for what you already have, the more you will be given.

I have been expressing gratitude since the first year I started my business.

Step Three: Identify any obstacles that might prevent you from making $10k.

Miguel de Cervantes says, “The man who is prepared has his battle half fought.”

You need to prepare yourself for this upcoming month. Take a good hard look at your schedule, your commitments, your responsibilities and do a gut check.

Ask yourself,

  • What will I need to overcome?
  • What do I need to mentally prepare for?

If you think about it ahead of time, you can plan around it.

A great example of this came up a couple of years ago. I had 8 weddings in 2019 (from July to October.) I knew I was going to be very busy and, if I wasn’t careful and didn’t plan properly, that would throw me off track.

Because I thought ahead and made plans to work around this challenge, I was actually able to exceed my income goals, despite the lack of time over a few weeks.

Being ready and prepared is half the battle.

Step Five: Commit to the gameplan and do not give up.

Let me tell you a story:

On the very last day of September 2019, I showed up to a sales call. I was tired, just back from a wedding. I hopped on the sales call, not thinking of it. I had already hit my income goal and I honestly wanted to sleep. But I had made a gameplan and I committed to it.

I had made a promise to myself and I was committed.

That sales call? Turned into a delightful client who paid me over $1000 on the spot.

And, while that’s a nice anecdote, it’s not the point.

The point is that I had made a plan and I showed up and stuck to it, even when the motivation to do so wasn’t there.

You must commit to your gameplan. No matter what.

I truly do walk the walk here.

I think you’d be hard-pressed to find someone who works more consistently than I do.

I show up every day for my clients and my community and my income directly reflects that.
