Unlike the other Lazada websites, which are primarily written in English, the text on the Lazada Indonesia homepage is largely written in Indonesian. To find the live chat option, scroll down to the menu entitled “Layanan Pelanggan,” which means “Customer Service” in Indonesian.^[5]
