When you use the Internet to access web pages, files, images and other downloaded content, your web browser caches information on your computer. Sometimes clearing this information will resolve issues accessing a web application. Note: Clearing your browsing history may also remove any saved login information on any other websites.

For MacOS - From theSafarimenu, select History > Clear History and choose All Time for the time range.
For iOS - Go to Settings > Safari, and tap Clear History and Website Data.
